Personal Assistant
to support management in day-to-day activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal support to the Director/Manager
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and maintain organized records
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for follow-ups
Assist in vendor communication and document handling
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and daily office operations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability
