Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Liaise professionally with senior management, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Support the MD in planning and executing business and personal commitments.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and expense reports.
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and corporate functions when required.
