Additional duties include producing reports and presentations, taking dictation or minutes, and performing personal errands or basic bookkeeping. PAs must have strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills, alongside discretion and confidentiality. Technical proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is usually required. The role may vary from assisting with business matters to managing personal tasks, and can involve decision-making support and undertaking specific projects on behalf of the manager. Some PAs may also lead junior staff or act as deputies in the manager's absence. This position demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
