Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive

Personal Assistant

to support the

Operations Manager

in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in

MS Excel

and

PowerPoint

, along with good communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain reports in

Excel

(data entry, analysis, and formatting). Create and design

PowerPoint presentations

and monthly performance reports. Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination. Handle documentation, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Support in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Key Skills:



Proficiency in

MS Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, data presentation). Proficiency in

MS PowerPoint

(report and presentation preparation). Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Qualification:


Any graduate with good knowledge of MS Office tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,213.73 per month
