About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support with a range of administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and respond to emails and phone calls
Run errands and complete personal tasks
Organize and maintain files and records
Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
Assist with event planning and coordination
Handle confidential information with integrity
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferable only experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
