Job Summary:


The Personal Assistant (PA) will act as a key support to the Director, handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and organize the Director's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Prepare and review reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes. Maintain confidential records, sensitive documents, and ensure secure handling of all information. Liaise with department heads, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, meetings, and official visits. Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office coordination. Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the Director as required. Provide support in project coordination, business correspondence, and other managerial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:



Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Experience in a steel plant is an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Experience:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar roles.

Additional Details:



Job Location: Urla Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Salary: ₹17,000-22,000 per month Previous experience in a steel plant is preferred.
