Personal Assistant
to support daily tasks, manage administrative and financial responsibilities, and assist in meetings. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and flexible to travel as per requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day personal and professional tasks efficiently
Attend and coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, emails, and documentation
Assist in financial management, such as expense tracking and basic financial reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany on work-related trips when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations in all tasks assigned
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years
of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools
Comfortable with
traveling as per work requirements
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
