Job Description



The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, ensuring seamless workflow & communication. This role requires organizational & time management skills.

Responsibilities:



Scheduling appointments, managing MD's calendar & coordinating meetings.

Drafting letters, reports, presentations & other documents.

Organizing travel itineraries, booking flights & accommodation & managing travel logistics.

Maintaining organized files both physical and electronic.

Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies.

Qualification:



Female candidate only.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Previous Experience as a Personal Assistant.

Proficiency in MS word & excel.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational & time management skills.

Ability to work independently & take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time
