Roles & Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for civil engineering projects. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project needs. Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and project acquisition objectives. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services. Maintain accurate records of business leads, contacts, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting systems. Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and progress.

Key Skills Required



Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction materials, and project execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Networking and relationship-building ability within the civil and infrastructure industry. Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales and business targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
