Handle phone calls and professional communication on behalf of senior management
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate follow-ups, correspondence, and administrative work
Assist in smooth day-to-day operations and office coordination
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
Highly confidential, well-organized, proactive, and professional
