We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to [Executive/Manager/Department]. The PA will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist in both professional and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation with confidentiality.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and expense reports.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
Maintain filing systems and records (digital & physical).
Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and events.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
