We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy
Remote Personal Assistant
to support the CEO in administrative tasks, communications, and social media engagement. This role combines traditional executive assistance duties with digital communications responsibilities across email and professional social platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
Manage the CEO's email inbox: filter, prioritize, draft responses, and ensure timely replies.
Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Manage travel arrangements and detailed itineraries when required.

Communication Management
Monitor, respond to, and organize messages on the CEO's professional social media accounts, including:
LinkedIn
X (formerly Twitter)
Instagram
Draft professional posts, replies, and direct messages in alignment with the CEO's voice and communication goals.
Act as a point of contact in communications with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Social Media & Online Presence
Support content scheduling and engagement tracking on social platforms.
Help identify important messages, connection requests, and opportunities for networking or brand visibility.
Coordinate with marketing or communications teams (if applicable) to maintain consistent messaging.

Administration & Projects
Conduct light research and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as requested by the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative support or assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing email and social media accounts professionally.
Comfort using digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, calendar apps, Slack, social platforms).
Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in personal assistance to executives or high-profile individuals.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
Background in communications, business administration, or related fields.
