We are looking for a
Personal Assistant to the Directors
who can provide high-level administrative, organisational, and communication support to the company's Directors. The role requires exceptional English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a remote setup.
The ideal candidate should be well-organised, proactive, and confident in handling day-to-day coordination - from scheduling meetings to preparing follow-up notes and managing internal communication between departments. A background in administration, coordination, or marketing support will be a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Directors' diaries, schedule meetings, and send reminders for appointments and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting notes, minutes, and summaries of discussions, ensuring action points are tracked and updated.
Draft, review, and send professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the Directors.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and projects) to gather updates and ensure smooth information flow.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, tracking tasks, and maintaining records.
Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, events, and networking activities.
Support directors with research, presentation preparation, and compiling data for strategic decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Provide additional support during client meetings, including note-taking, calendar follow-up, and file organisation.
Provide general assistance with document formatting, presentation editing, or preparing communication material as required by the Directors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent.
3-6 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or admin support (preferably in design, interiors, or service-oriented firms).
Excellent English communication - written and spoken.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, 3CX, etc.).
Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

?3.6 - ?4.8 LPA (depending on experience and skill level)
Work Mode:
Remote (Work from Home)
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday - half day)
Working Hours:
12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Indian time) with one hour of break included
Exposure to international operations and management.
Direct reporting to company leadership.
