Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the manager/executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Perform personal tasks such as booking appointments, events, or reservations if required.
Assist in project coordination and research.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Work Environment:
Office-based, with flexibility for remote coordination when required.
May involve irregular hours based on executive needs.
