to support a leading Consultantcy Firm in managing daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, and skilled in client communication, digital tools, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
with professionalism and warmth.
Convert
leads from Justdial, Google, and Instagram
into confirmed clients.
Assist in
client negotiations
and ensure timely follow-up on deals and payments.
Manage
payment handling
and maintain accurate transaction records.
Coordinate and maintain the
CEO's schedule
, appointments, and travel plans.
Accompany the CEO for
site visits and client meetings
when required.
Occassionally prepare documents, reports, and creative materials using
Excel, Word, and Canva
.
Collect
client testimonials and reviews
after consultations.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Support in administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Canva
.
Strong
organisational and multitasking abilities
.
Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with
on-site visits
and client-facing work.
No leaves for the first 6 months
(training and probation period).
Flexible with working hours based on client schedules.
Compensation:
Base salary
