Role Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive administrative and coordination
support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, communication,
documentation, and meetings, while ensuring timely follow-ups, task tracking, and
smooth day-to-day workflow execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain records, files, and confidential information
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking
Scrum Support
Schedule and coordinate daily Scrum meetings
Prepare Scrum agendas and circulate meeting invites
Record minutes of meetings (MoM) and action items
Follow up on task progress with team members
Maintain task trackers
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between management and teams
Ensure timely information flow across departments
Support cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(preferred)
Relevant certification in Office Administration or Project Coordination is an
advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
