The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principal will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and communication support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Principal's office. The role demands discretion, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a school environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, circulars, and notices.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation related to staff, students, and school operations.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal and teachers, staff, parents, management, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings with department heads, staff members, parents, and management.
Track and follow up on action points discussed in meetings to ensure timely completion.
School Operations Support
Assist in organizing school events, academic meetings, inspections, audits, and reviews.
Support admission-related coordination and parent communication when required.
Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation (CBSE/State Board/School policies, as applicable).
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Principal's office effectively at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative professional (school experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and documentation tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
