Job Summary
CGC Landran is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the Registrar in daily administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Registrar's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders.
Maintain records, files, and official data accurately.
Assist in organizing academic and administrative meetings.
Ensure smooth follow-up on tasks assigned by the Registrar.
Maintain confidentiality of institutional information.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in educational institutions is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Polite, presentable, and proactive personality.
