Overview:



We are looking for MALE candidates only.



We are seeking a

reliable, proactive, and well-organized Personal Assistant & Office Coordinator

to support the

Managing Director

in managing day-to-day personal and professional activities. The role will primarily focus on handling

personal errands and tasks (around 80%)

, along with

basic office coordination responsibilities (around 20%)

.

This position requires a candidate who is flexible, trustworthy, and capable of handling both office and field duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Personal Assistance (Approx. 80%)



Manage the MD's daily personal errands, purchases, and household coordination. Handle payments, collections, and coordination with vendors, service providers, and household staff. Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and scheduling. Handle personal documentation, renewals, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Perform field visits, pickups/drop-offs, and other outdoor activities as required. Maintain confidentiality and handle all personal matters with discretion.

Office Coordination (Approx. 20%)



Assist in basic administrative and coordination activities in the office. Support in courier dispatches, procurement of office supplies, and follow-ups. Coordinate with office staff, vendors, and visitors when needed. Maintain basic documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Provide general assistance to the management and HR/admin team as directed.

Requirements:



Minimum

Graduate

or equivalent qualification.

Two-wheeler (mandatory)

- should be comfortable with field duties and local travel. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office and general administrative processes. Previous experience as a personal assistant, office coordinator, or admin executive preferred.

Pay: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month
