We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders and manage frequent changes
Track meetings, action items, and follow-ups to ensure closure
Manage incoming communication, prioritize items, and escalate when required
Prepare and maintain trackers, logs, and basic reports
Coordinate travel, logistics, and related documentation
Maintain structured records and version-controlled documents
Work closely with internal teams to align timelines and dependencies
Anticipate routine requirements and flag gaps proactively
Support operational and administrative tasks with high attention to detail
Skills & Requirements
Strong coordination and task-tracking ability
Comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks
Good written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work with ambiguity and frequent changes
Proficiency in MS Office and common workplace tools
Responsible handling of confidential information
Preferred Profile
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Exposure to coordination-heavy or operations roles is a plus
Suitable for candidates who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work
