Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized

Personal Assistant

to provide administrative and personal support to the managing director. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the managing director. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support in follow-ups with clients, students, and internal departments. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Good communication skills in

English and Malayalam

. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
