We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic
Personal Assistant (Female)
to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle meetings, travel, and public interactions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
Attend meetings, conferences, and business events as required.
Coordinate travel plans and visit multiple company locations when needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Manage appointments, emails, and follow-ups efficiently.
Represent the company in professional gatherings with confidence and grace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(English & Malayalam preferred).
Confident personality with
no stage fear
and good presentation skills.
Ability to travel to various company locations as part of work.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
