Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Handle email management, screening, and correspondence drafting.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Assist with personal errands and household coordination.
Reservations, event planning, and personal scheduling.
Support with family-related logistics if relevant.
Manage personal projects as assigned.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain professional communication across all channels (email, phone, messaging apps).
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners.
Operational Support
Track expenses, budgets, and reimbursements.
Manage to-do lists and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct research and provide summaries or recommendations.
Solve problems independently and anticipate upcoming needs.
If required can travel for business with the director for 10-15 days outstation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (1-3+ years preferred).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling apps).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Strong professionalism and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
