We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and proactive
Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day tasks, communications, and schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of the English language, be flexible in handling a variety of responsibilities, and demonstrate strong communication and time management skills. This role requires someone who can take ownership of assigned tasks, follow up efficiently, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence as required
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls efficiently
Manage daily agenda and ensure timely reminders for appointments and tasks
Reschedule and coordinate as per changing priorities
Task Management:
Take charge of all tasks assigned and ensure timely completion
Maintain a to-do list and follow up on pending activities
Track deadlines and keep stakeholders updated on progress
Communication & Follow-Ups:
Communicate with concerned parties regarding assigned tasks
Send reminders and follow up with individuals or teams as needed
Bookings & Arrangements:
Make travel, accommodation, and event bookings as per requirements
Handle other personal and professional errands as assigned
General Assistance:
Be flexible and ready to assist with varied types of work
Provide support with both routine and ad hoc responsibilities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Prompt and deadline-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible with working hours and tasks assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing high-volume communication and dynamic schedules
Familiarity with task management tools and scheduling software
Background in administrative support or executive assistance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,186.01 - ₹40,000.56 per month
