Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence
Maintain files and documentation both digitally and physically
Run errands or manage small tasks as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the employer
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
(formulas, data entry, reporting)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High level of professionalism and reliability
Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.)
