Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Founder and CEO of Artha Energy Resources (AER) ensuring seamless coordination across meetings, reporting, medical schedules, family needs, and administrative functions. The role includes managing trackers, MIS reports, calendars, financial documentation, and governance processes with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and uphold SOP and governance standards will succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting Management & Reporting
+ Maintain meeting management systems for Platinum Hotels.
+ Track work progress and update the Work Tracker regularly.
+ Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports.
+ Maintain a RAG (Red-Amber-Green) tracker to monitor project and task statuses.
Medical Calendar Management
+ Manage medical calendar, including routine check-ups and tests.
+ Maintain a tracker for medical appointments and reports.
+ Manage daily diet instructions and ensure adherence to prescribed plans.
Family Needs Management
+ Handle family travel bookings, check-ins, and accommodation arrangements.
+ Coordinate household-related tasks and ensure timely execution.
Financial & Administrative Support
+ Manage credit card statements: collect invoices, ensure timely payments, and process reimbursements.
+ Organise and maintain reimbursement documentation.
+ Handle personal banking tasks for the Managing Partner and family with accuracy and confidentiality.
Event and Guest Management
+ Plan and coordinate events as required.
+ Manage guest reception and hospitality during visits.
Governance & SOP Compliance
+ Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
+ Support governance processes for meetings and action tracking.
Follow-ups
+ Ensure timely follow-ups for compliance and operational tasks to avoid delays and maintain governance standards.

Complete tasks within agreed timelines, especially financial, travel, medical, and reporting activities. Maintain accurate trackers and MIS reports.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications. Uphold organisational standards in interactions and documentation.
