We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing the employer to focus on strategic and priority matters.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Manage personal errands and household-related tasks
Assist with event planning and coordination
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders
Time & Task Management
Prioritize tasks and track deadlines
Follow up on action items and commitments
Confidentiality & Representation
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Represent the employer professionally when interacting with others
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals
Familiarity with project management tools.
Flexible availability and adaptability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
