Role Overview:
We are a Mumbai-based
Financial Technology company
looking for a
professional, well-groomed and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO
. The role involves providing high-level executive and administrative support while representing the CEO and the organization with professionalism in internal and external interactions.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
Manage and maintain the CEO's
calendar, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Administrative Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day
administrative and office coordination tasks
Prepare documents, presentations, emails, and reports
Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion
Travel & Logistics
Plan and coordinate
business travel
, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
Accompany the CEO for business travel when required
Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics during travel
Communication & Coordination
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
Draft professional communication on behalf of the CEO
Liaise with vendors, partners, clients, and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree (any discipline)
Strong
organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
High level of
professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to handle pressure, changing priorities, and sensitive matters
Willingness to travel as per business requirements

senior leadership or CXO-level executives
Exposure to
finance, fintech, or corporate environments
