We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Personal Assistant
to work closely with the Founders of Roth Pets. This role involves managing
administrative, operational, and coordination tasks
, ensuring the Founders' time is optimized and business priorities are met efficiently. You'll serve as a key support system -- balancing professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage the Founder's
daily schedule
, meetings, and appointments.
Handle
emails, calls, and correspondence
with professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business activities.
Prepare
presentations, reports, and documents
as needed.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
Business Coordination
Assist in
vendor management, logistics coordination, and project tracking
.
Support in
marketing, sales, and operational follow-ups
as directed.
Help manage
product samples, deliveries, and brand materials
when required.
Conduct
basic research or documentation
for new business initiatives.
Personal Assistance
Handle some
personal errands, travel arrangements
, and calendar planning.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Communications, or related field
.
2 years of experience as a
Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant
, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent
organization, communication, and multitasking
abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office, Google Workspace
, and scheduling tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
A
proactive, reliable, and calm problem-solver
.
Passion for
animals and the pet industry
is a plus!

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
