We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of the Director's priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Team Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Director and various teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on tasks.
Coordinate team schedules and activities to align with organizational goals.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline workflows as directed.
Maintain organized records and prepare periodic reports for the Director.
Project Support:
Assist in managing special projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Support the execution of company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Event and Meeting Coordination:
Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration during meetings.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation.
Provide the Director with data insights and summaries for informed decision-making.
Miscellaneous Duties:
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Director.
Monitor industry trends and provide relevant updates to the Director.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Work Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Hybrid work model: A minimum of 7 days of on-site presence per month, with the remaining days work-from-home.
