Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Act as the point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Oversee daily administrative activities and assist with personal tasks as required.
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
