Role Overview

We are seeking a

smart, resourceful, and dynamic Personal Assistant

to support the two Directors of Offish Character Art Studio. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication finesse, and the ability to think on your feet while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and coordinate the

calendars of both Directors

, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the

first point of contact

--handling calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism. Support in

day-to-day operations

, ensuring smooth workflow between departments. Assist with

PR, HR, and client management

--drafting emails, attending meetings, and following up on action items. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Track deadlines, ongoing projects, and ensure timely reminders for Directors. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external collaborators. Provide creative and design-related input where needed (design education is a plus). Handle confidential information with discretion and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Design/Communications/Management preferred). Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong command of

English and Hindi

(written and spoken).

Excellent PR, HR, and interpersonal skills

--confident communicator, good listener, and persuasive talker. Proficiency in

necessary office and design-related software

(Google Suite, MS Office, project management tools; design tools like Adobe Creative Suite are a plus). Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and remain calm under pressure. High level of discretion, loyalty, and commitment. Quick thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
