The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate appointments.
Communication Handling: Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos, reports) on behalf of the Director.
Travel & Logistics: Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring smooth coordination.
Document Management: Maintain files, prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
Meeting Coordination: Record minutes of meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure deadlines are met.
Confidential Support: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Liaison Role: Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Task Management: Track daily tasks, projects, and priorities, providing timely reminders and updates.
Event & Project Support: Assist in organizing corporate events, reviews, and special projects.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in a similar PA/EA role.
Experience in handling senior-level management support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
