Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from executive meetings.
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic offsites.
Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the executive office.
Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure document confidentiality.
Project & Task Management
Support key projects and initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Assist with research, data collection, and analysis to support decision-making.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues.
