We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day administrative tasks and time management. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, discretion, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
Handle confidential information with discretion
Take notes and minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the manager
Draft, review, and respond to emails, letters, and communications
Manage personal errands and tasks, as needed
Coordinate events, schedules, and logistics efficiently
Maintain task reminders and ensure timely completion of assignments
Handle expense reports, invoices, and petty cash
Act as the point of contact between the manager and employees/clients
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and discretion
Bachelor's degree preferred
Working Days & Hours:
Working Days: Monday-Saturday Work Timing: 10:00 to 7:00
(Saturday work timing: 10:00 to 3:00)
Note: Flexibility in working hours is expected based on task urgency
Salary: 20,000 - 30,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,483.40 - ₹47,847.35 per month
