Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Conduct research on antiques, artists, and exhibitions
Organize documents, digital files, and basic reports
Support in preparing presentations and proposals
Coordinate with vendors, logistics and maintenance teams
Supervise and schedule daily responsibilities
Interact with customers.
Requirements:
Computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Drive, email)
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Resourceful and quick to adapt
Good with online research and detail-oriented tasks
Prior experience as a PA or administrative role preferred
