Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics ( Handle confidential correspondence and documents, including personnel and business-related matters. Liaise with internal staff, crew, contractors, and clients on behalf of the MD. Assist with recruitment tasks, such as organizing interviews and maintaining personnel files. Draft internal communications, letters, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain a well-organized filing system for HR documents, contracts, and licenses. Track key deadlines related to personnel Assist in the planning and execution of company events or meetings. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed.

Qualifications:



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 1+ years of experience in a personal/executive assistant or HR support role Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and organizational ability. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:



Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to marina. Standard business hours, with flexibility depending on MD's schedule or business demands. Residence in proximity to the Office
