Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Schedule & Meeting Management

Organizing daily calendars, scheduling personal and professional meetings. Reminding and preparing the director for meetings, including briefing notes. Coordinating with other staff, family members, and professionals for seamless scheduling. Managing travel arrangements for work or personal vacations.
2. Lifestyle & Personal Support

Handling personal errands such as family functions, event planning, and household coordination. Managing digital communication, emails, and phone calls. Ensuring work-life balance by structuring the day efficiently. Assisting with leisure activities, hobbies, and relaxation time.
3. Health & Wellness Management

Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments, check-ups, and therapy sessions. Tracking medication schedules and ensuring timely intake. Researching and recommending fitness programs, personal trainers, or wellness routines. Monitoring dietary preferences and restrictions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Coordinating meal planning based on dietary needs and preferences. Arranging special dietary meals as per health goals or medical advice.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
