Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
? Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
? Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
? Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
? Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, and prioritize/respond as appropriate.
? Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items.
? Coordinate with various departments to support project execution and deadlines.
? Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
? Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the Director.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably at the director or senior management level.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
