MBA (Preferred in HR / Administration / General Management)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to Senior Management.

Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance, etiquette, and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare business reports, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Organize and assist in meetings, reviews, and corporate events.
Track tasks, deadlines, and action points on behalf of the Director.
Liaise with department heads for updates and ensure timely execution of directives.
Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
