We are looking for a proactive and highly organized
Personal Assistant
to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong command of MS Office tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar - schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents using
Excel
and
Word
.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas as needed.
Support in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
Strong skills in
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Calendar Management
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
