Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Organizing and maintaining calendars, setting appointments, and managing access to the executive.
Communication: Screening calls, handling emails and post, responding to inquiries, and drafting correspondence
Meeting & Event Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics for events/conferences.
Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, transport, and creating itineraries.
Documentation: Typing, preparing, and collating reports, presentations, and documents.
Information Management: Maintaining filing systems, databases, and records.
Liaison: Serving as the main point of contact between the executive and staff, clients, or suppliers.
Research & Special Projects: Conducting background research and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Business administration/related field degree often preferred.
Experience in administrative roles is common
