We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The PA will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing the executive/employer to focus on core priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact: handle calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with personal tasks such as errands, reminders, and lifestyle management (if required)
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Organize files, records, and information systems
Support ad-hoc projects and provide problem-solving assistance

Pay: ₹9,470.10 - ₹35,000.00 per month
