Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Support day-to-day operations and problem-solving tasks
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
