Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle emails, correspondence, drafting letters, and preparing presentation materials.
Assist with personal errands, confidential documents, and task follow-ups.
Maintain records, files, documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
Support in event planning, business coordination, and administrative tasks.
Track payments, expenses, and assist in basic coordination with finance when required.
Perform office support activities such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of business, personal, and sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
