Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document management with discretion.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate hospital/clinic activities as directed by the Director.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and project updates.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Assist in organizing conferences, workshops, and patient-related events.
