We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized
Female Personal Assistant
to provide direct support to our senior executive/management. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating meetings, and assisting with both professional and occasional personal tasks.
This role requires strong time management, confidentiality, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, messages, and calls on behalf of the executive
Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Support daily administrative and office tasks
Assist in social media content planning or brand coordination (if applicable)
Accompany executive to meetings or events (as required)
Requirements:
Female candidate, aged [insert preferred age range if any]
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, polite, and professional
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp
Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
Highly organized with a proactive attitude
Flexible with working hours and tasks

Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin
Comfortable with light travel (if required)
Social media management knowledge is a plus
