Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications; respond or delegate as appropriate.
Handle personal errands, including appointments, reservations, and shopping, as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records.
Work closely with higher managements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar tools (Google or Outlook).
Degree is must. Experience can be 2+ years.
