We're looking to hire a personal assistant / secretary male or female who preferably stays close to Wadala who knows how to use the computer well and is experienced in softwares like Word and Excel writing emails, Taking calls, Using ChatGPT and surfing the internet for information.
NOTE: You must have a working laptop also communication in English is mandatory so do not apply if you are facing difficulty in writing or speaking in English. Also you must be good with numbers/mathematics and located close to Wadala.
Salary:
Rs 8000 to Rs 15000 per month (Freshers can apply)

Job responsibilities: (will be both personal work and official work)
1) Maintain all accounting and legal records, files and office documents in an orderly manner and keeping things in soft copy in Excel and Word.
2) Taking calls and appointments for meetings.
3) Create and Review invoices and purchase order ensuring the accuracy of all data
3) Reconcile bank balance and recorded general ledger entries
4) Follow up clients on payment reminders via calls and mails
5) Data entry of records related to mktg, sales and ecommerce activities
6) Undertake banking tasks
7) Undertake marketing activities on a computer such as mass mailing, telemarketing, chat etc (training will be provided)
9) Collection of cheques and documents from clients offices in absence of peon.
10) Surfing and searching for information in the internet
11) Coordinating with accountants
12) Open to learn new things as and when needed
