As a Personal Assistant in Business Management & Analytics Group, the employee would be responsible to provides organizational and secretarial support, handling tasks like managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, managing correspondence, maintaining schedule, ordering supplies, and preparing reports to ensure smooth operations for senior leaders.

Your key responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support:
managing incoming correspondence.
Maintaining documents and databases.
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Processing expense reports and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
Coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
Assisting with event planning and logistics.
Document & Communication Management:
Preparing, drafting, and editing various documents, presentations, and reports.
Handling and organizing files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Liaising with internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
Operational Support:
Providing general support to other staff members with various administrative tasks.
Ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Your skills and experience Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of office management software.
